Substituir\u00e1 o Prefeito, no caso de impedimento e suceder-lhe-\u00e1, no de vaga, o Vice-Prefeito.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><em> 1\u00ba O Vice-Prefeito n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 se recusar a substituir o Prefeito, sob pena de extin\u00e7\u00e3o do mandato.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em> 2\u00ba O Vice-Prefeito, al\u00e9m de outras atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe forem conferidas por lei, auxiliar\u00e1 o Prefeito, sempre que por ele convocado para miss\u00f5es especiais.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Art. 67.
